How to get a passcode

Contact a member of the R.D. Henry & Company’s IT department to receive a passcode, this is normally your employee number but has to be verified and activated before you can use the app.

To log into the app use the passcode given to you by the IT department then click on the Login button.

Searching for a cabinet

If you are searching for all cabinets in an order then move the green slider to the off position this will allow you to only enter the Order number without the line number. However, if you are searching for a specific cabinet and its location history then leave the Single Line Number on.
Click on the REG and select your order type, if your order type is REG then there is no need to click.
Click on the Order ID and enter your order number, if you have a sub-order then click on the Sub and enter your sub letter. If you have the Single line number on then you can enter a line# otherwise it’s time to click on GO.

Cabinet results

To find more details about a cabinet click on the line number, if there are details you will receive a popup with the details.

The status codes are:
Yellow – In production
Green – Loaded on truck
Red – DTS

Frequently asked questions

Why does my app on the iPhone look different than the Android Version? This is due to the rendering capabilities in the design, however both apps contain the same features.
How do I receive updates? The updates are automatic.
What happens if I am no longer an employee of R.D.H? In the event you are no longer employed with the company your passcode will be disabled and you can uninstall the app.

What's New

Version 2.0

Version 2.0 has a new look and feel along with better and easier navigation. There is now a drop down list to select the ordering type and the sub-order letters. This version also identifies if an order has an associated DTS and will give details of the order. The version also shows pertinent information such as MFG date and has color coding to immediately identify the status of a cabinet.

Current Developments

We are working on adding barcode scanning capabilities to the app to allow users to scan a cabinet to receive details. There will soon be more locations as we continue to add more RFID antennas in the building.

There are currently no bug fixes available but when they are you will see them here.
